Multivariate logistic regression with forward stepwise selection based on likelihood ratio was used to identify the risk factors for development of severe NCP, and sensitivity analysis was performed according to the source of infection. Statistical analyses were performed using IBM SPSS statistics software (version 22.0, SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA) and R software (version 3.6.1). A P value of less than 0.05 considered to be statistically significant.
