Optical filters included a 520/15nm BrightLine® single-band bandpass emission filter (Semrock, Inc., Rochester, New York), a 466/40nm excitation filter, and a 506nm dichroic mirror (Edmund Optics, Barrington, NJ). Images were captured on a Grasshopper®3 camera with a Sony IMX174 CMOS sensor (Point Grey Research, Inc., Richmond, British Columbia, Canada). Control software and user interface was developed in MATLAB® 2014a (Natick, MA).
