The protein sequences were ranged from 1173-1356 amino acids. An effort was made for epitope based peptide vaccine development by searching MHC-I and II classes compatible sites and the results yet to come [33] . In the current study, energetic and Inhibition Concentration50 based selection of SARS CoV-2 spike epitope and its possible glycosylation effect/structural-hindrance have been evaluated. This may help in urgent vaccination strategies in the current disastrous situation. Higher degree of similarity between SARS CoV and SARS CoV-2 might indicate and help in the therapeutic and vaccination strategies with reference to the current global situation.
