Document: To alcohol 5 (50 mg, 0.13 mmol, 1 equiv.) in 1 mL CH2Cl2 at -78ºC was added a stock solution of DAST (0.15 mmol, 1.2 equiv., 200 µL, prepared by dilute 100 µL of DAST with CH2Cl2 to 1 mL).
