The chapter also calls for action to provide a public relations, marketing, and rebranding strategies that will convoke reorienting people on what it means to infuse technology in education especially at the rudimentary school level. UNESCO and governmental agencies are especially encouraged to revise the narrative of ICT4All and acknowledge the diversity of varied fiscal capabilities of schools and so act accordingly for a desired goal and outcome.
