We recorded the following data elements where available: gender, age, date of symptoms onset, date of hospitalisation, and date of death. Of the 48 cases, neither the date of symptom onset nor the date of report was available for 13 cases. We further removed 8 cases with onset before 01/01/2020 or death before 21/01/2020, and 3 deaths after 28/01/2020 which were the dates consistent with reliable reporting of onset and death in this setting, respectively. This left 24 deaths, which we used to estimate the onset-to-death distribution.
