Snippet: The pressure differential ΔP across the enclosure over time was measured with two ports in use by an operator, first when the remaining ports were occluded with plastic, and again when a second operator entered the enclosure (Figure 2 ). In both cases, a pressure differential within the ACE was achieved in < 10 seconds once all ports were in use. Document: The pressure differential ΔP across the enclosure over time was measured with two ports in use by an operator, first when the remaining ports were occluded with plastic, and again when a second operator entered the enclosure (Figure 2 ). In both cases, a pressure differential within the ACE was achieved in < 10 seconds once all ports were in use. This pressure differential drives air inflow across small gaps around the ACE to contain aerosols. A solitary leak of up to 5 cm in diameter would still provide greater than 0.5 m/s inflow velocity.
