The only difference between fast and slow disconfinement is the timing of the peak, which arises sooner in case of fast disconfinement and its magnitude, which is higher as fast disconfinement is concerned. Taking into account that individuals will reduce their contact habit from one third is not enough to prevent a major epidemic outbreak that would happen in November.
