Polymorphisms that were predicted to enhance the binding between ACE2 and the S-protein are colored in magenta if they are located directly at the ACE2/SARS-CoV-2 interface or in light pink if they do not participate directly in the interface. Polymorphisms that are predicted to enhance the binding between ACE2 and the S-protein are colored in dark blue if they are located directly at the ACE2/SARS-CoV-2 interface or in light blue if they do not participate directly in the interface interactions.
