Document: Resilience model, included pre-deployment development of an individualized resilience plan and an in-theatre, real-time self-triage system, to allow HCWs to assess and manage the full range of psychological risk and resilience for themselves and their families. The potential effectiveness of this intervention was not studied. Our confidence on the evidence for multifaceted interventions for preventing the psychological impact during infectious epidemic outbreaks in HCWs was very low (Online Appendix 7) due to limitations in the study design (uncontrolled before after studies) and very serious risk of bias (high risk of selection bias and high risk of bias in measurement of outcomes).
