The top left panel shows the estimated local transmission coefficients for various 14-day samples with the starting date indicated on the horizontal axis. After an initial increase in the local transmission rate, one case leads to fewer and fewer additional cases from late January onwards. Comparing Table 4 with Table 3 , we observe that the results are not sensitive to the inclusion of terms on between-city transmissions.
