The clinical presentation of Hodgkin Lymphoma may also resemble disseminated mycobacterial infection - in symptoms, laboratory findings, and even bone marrow biopsy. This is a case report of a patient with HIV who was suspected to have disseminated mycobacterial infection after a first bone marrow biopsy showed granulomatous inflammation and was later found to have HIV-associated Hodgkin lymphoma on a repeat biopsy.
