This is a consensus document achieved by different societies (the Mexican Society of Interventional Cardiology [SOCIME], the Mexican Society of Cardiology [SMC], the Mexican National Association of Cardiologists [ANCAM], the National Association of Cardiologists at the Service of State Workers [ANCISSSTE]), and the Coordinating Commission of National Institutes of Health and High Specialty Hospitals [CCINSHAE]). Its main objective is to guide the decision-making process on coronary revascularization procedures for the management of patients with acute coronary syndrome in catheterization laboratories during the current health emergency generated by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. © REC: Interventional Cardiology 2020.
