Findings: The results of the study are: 1. The author's definition of minimizing the existing legal and technical gaps in the use of an electronic information educational system. 2. The learning trajectory is to strive for personalization. 3. Social and legal blurring of the boundaries of time and space in the implementation of educational programmes. Conclusions: 1. In the course of the introduction of distance technologies in education, the demand for the ability to analyze systems and methods of process management is growing, and traditional educational results are being redefined during the digital transformation of the education system. 2. The concepts of subject and person in the light of the implementation of goals in a situation of uncertainty caused by the consequences of the pandemic interact in accordance with the programme of information creation and processing. 3. When switching to a remote format of work, it is necessary to pay special attention to the process of individualization of digital learning. 4. It seems that the theory of contextual education can serve as the basic theory. 5. In the curricula of secondary schools and institutions of secondary vocational education, as well as higher education, it is necessary to introduce a scientifically-based practical course on training in the competent use of digital devices. 6. It is necessary to have a unified information and educational space in universities, a portal of secondary education, and an online rating system.
