Coefficient estimates (with 95% CIs) are compared for six orders of mammal and the Class Aves of L3/4 virus species relative to L2 virus species. Coefficient estimates greater than zero correspond to a positive association. Models include a random term for each observation to account for over-dispersion. Genus and family are included as random effects.
