With an alarmingly human-to-human transmissibility, the reproductive number of SARS-CoV-2 has been computed to around 3.28 [2] . According to the data in NGDC(National Genomics Data Center), at 15:00(GMT+8) on March 13, 2020, 482 genomic variations of SARS-CoV-2 has been reported, which has aroused widespread concern.
