In SARS-CoV, this gene encodes a protein of 274 aa, that is related with 260 necrotic cell death [38] , chemokine production, inflammatory response [39] and may play an important role in virus life cycle [40] . With this information, we design a specific primer set for detection of SARS-CoV-2 using Primer3plus [41] .
