We report two cases of acute pancreatitis in severe Covid pneumonia. Detailed history taking, physical examination, laboratory and radiological investigations were used to rule out common causes of acute pancreatitis in these cases. This case report aims to highlight SARS CoV-2 virus as an important etiological factor of acute pancreatitis, in line with few reports from around the world. There is a scarcity of data regarding acute pancreatitis in Covid infection from India.
