With over 200 countries affected and thousands of deaths, World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak as a global pandemic on March 11, 2020 (3) . It is well-known that public health education plays a crucial role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases, but how health providers advise families or parents to obtain health education information is a challenging question.
