To identify the potential receptors of human-infecting virome, we firstly built a RF model to distinguish the human virus receptor proteins from other human membrane proteins based on these protein features. The RF model built based on individual protein feature achieved an AUC ranging from 0.50 to 0.66 in five-fold cross-validations (Table 1) .
