Snippet: We determined an equitable and optimal allocation of COVID-19 testing kits among the DOH accredited testing centers in the Philippines. We applied Wilson-Blower's Nonlinear Programming Model, which gave an equitable opportunity to each susceptible individual to be tested. Document: We determined an equitable and optimal allocation of COVID-19 testing kits among the DOH accredited testing centers in the Philippines. We applied Wilson-Blower's Nonlinear Programming Model, which gave an equitable opportunity to each susceptible individual to be tested. The model involved COVID-19 specific conditions such as infected population, reproduction number of the disease (R 0 = 2.5), distribution of infected individuals, and testing limits of each testing centers. We applied this to the municipality/city data of the Philippines and computed the percentage distribution on different dispersal length parameter k values, k = 0.0849, k = 0.4136, and k = 1.5614.
