Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus 2 of coronaviridae family is a threat to the entire world. It grapples mankind to the extent to death that it is very dangerous for human life. Covid-19 threatens human life in multiple ways via alter innate immune system consequence effect on vital organ function. Scientists from the entire world are working effortlessly. The major threat of Covid -19 is its ability to mutate and up to approximately fifty strains have been identified so far. The world is focusing on vaccination strategy hypothesis behind slow mutation assumed two times in year and protects the world population from SARS COVID-19. However, none has succeeded till date to provide a substantial cure to it and evidently patient recovered from covid-19 further suffered again. Studies and researches so far evidently revealed that COVID-19 affects human body by disrupting innate immune response. Need of the hour is to investigate further approaches to simultaneously find out other curative options. In this article emphasis to combat COVID-19 on robust basis by application of genome analysis and on these basis of analysis and manifestation of COVID-19 and consequences of altered biochemical pathway emphasized to target on signal transduction pathway and repurposing drug to target it.
