Few RCTs are in advance phases of clinical trials (NCT04316377, NCT04341493) and some studies have large sample size to measure the effect with higher strength of confidence (NCT04328012, NCT04328467). There are studies which are considering the safety endpoints in the main outcome measures (ChiCTR2000029868). Some RCTs are also testing antiretroviral drugs like lopinavir/ritonavir, emtricitabine/tenofovir along with HCQ arm (
