[...]the present study was conducted to assess the extent of adherence and barriers to compliance of infection control practices among HCWs in different medical colleges of Punjab to target the intervention programs appropriately. Data Collection Tool The assessment of healthcare workers was based on the National guidelines for Infection Prevention and control issued by the Ministry of health and family welfare, Government of India.
