Final pathology revealed favorable histology stage II Wilms tumor. The patient underwent adjuvant chemotherapy with vincristine and dactinomycin based on the EE4A regimen. We highlight the diagnostic pathway, perioperative management, surgical approach, and early postoperative follow-up in this case report.
