Results shows that the key elements that ultimately affect the epidemic information acceptance of middle-aged and elderly groups are content presentation, page readability and shareability;and the three factors that largely affect others are vision problems, page readability and page layout. Besides, the problems in the process of the middle-aged and elderly groups using mobile products to obtain information are further analyzed, and related countermeasures and suggestions for improvement are proposed. © 2020 IEEE.
