The government of Nigeria has also engaged in media campaigns to disseminate information on these preventive measures to the general public. However, the level of knowledge and practice of these preventive measures against COVID-19 infection among pregnant women, which constitute vulnerable groups, are yet to be evaluated. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the knowledge and practice of the preventive measures of coronavirus infection among pregnant women attending antenatal care at a tertiary hospital in Abakaliki, South-east, Nigeria.
