Case presentation In this case report, we present a teenage patient with severe diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) as the first manifestation of his diabetes and COVID-19 infection. Conclusions He was treated for DKA and COVID-19 infection, and fortunately, had a good response to the treatment.
