Like that observed in SARS-CoV nsp12-nsp7-nsp8 (6), we observed classes corresponding to an nsp12 monomer in complex one nsp8, as well as individual nsp12s, but these do not give atomic resolution reconstructions ( fig. S2 ). However, the nsp12-25 nsp7-nsp8 complex provides all the structural information for complete and comprehensive analysis.
