A diagnosis of pituitaryâ€dependent hyperadrenocorticism was made. Signs of hyperadrenocorticism resolved with longâ€term mitotane treatment. Concurrent diabetes mellitus resolved after 220 days of therapy. No severe adverse drug reactions were noted.
