The database contains a huge collection of experimental data on T-cell epitopes and antibodies [110] . The NetMHCpan EL 4.0 prediction method was used for MHC class-I restricted CD8+ cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) epitope prediction (for HLA-A*11-01 allele) and the MHC class-II restricted CD4+ helper T-lymphocyte (HTL) epitopes were predicted (for HLA DRB1*04-01 allele), using the Sturniolo prediction method [111] . Ten of the top twenty MHC class-I and MHC class-II epitopes were randomly selected based on their antigenicity scores (AS). For, the B-cell lymphocytic epitopes (BCL), with amino acid number of more than ten, were selected for analysis that were predicted using BepiPred linear epitope prediction method [112] [113].
