More than half of the studies did not indicate blind method information.Missing information means that no information about the size of the study is available, which adversely affects the transparency of registration [13] .The results showed that more than half of the studies were not confirmed by the data management committee. Low blinding rate and lack of information may be related to it's. The detection or guidance of the data management committee should be further strengthened to improve the quality of research design [14] .
