When mice were infected with a natural-isolated pandemic strain SC09, which is less sensitive to either Osel (40% protection) or S312 (20% protection) ( Fig. 3C ), we further observed 100% protection in combined treatment of S312+Osel, indicating that HTA and DAA drug combination can augment therapeutic effects.
