Most paediatric patients with kidney disease experience mild SARS-CoV2 disease and to our knowledge, this is the first case of a child with chronic kidney disease suffering from MIS-C. We believe that chronic kidney disease together with dialysis status and severe hypertension play a crucial role on developing severe forms of SARS-CoV2 related disease.
