One such case of rhino-orbital Mucormycosis in a background of uncontrolled hyperglycaemia presented in the hospital and the histopathological examination of the tissues from ethmoidal sinus and frontal recess showed invasive necro-inflammatory infection by numerous Mucormycosis hyphae.
