The numbers of myoglobin-positive and cardiac troponin -positive patients with lymphocyte reduction were more than the patients with normal lymphocyte. The number of creatine kinase isoenzymes-positive patients were equal between two groups. Besides, respiratory function related biochemical indexes of COVID-19 patients were evaluated on admission. PaCO2, SpO2, oxygenation index were remarkably decreased in patients with lymphocyte reduction. In addition, we found that D-dimer and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were prominently increased in patients with lymphocyte reduction.
