DISCUSSION: Systemic manifestation of Covid-19 requires further research. Recent surveys revealed a few alarming facts about Covid-19, that, when it hits the brain, can cause some serious complications like; psychosis, stroke and dementia. CASE PRESENTATION: Here, the case is about two patients, having PCR confirmed Covid-19 and radiographic evidence of stroke, who eventually died during hospital stay. Data collection was done after informed consent and in retrospective manner.
