As shown in Figure 1 , the highest number of confirmed cases was on 12 February. We can see that the number of new confirmed cases rose sharply before January 20, this trend almost to the third week (see Figure 1 ), but the epidemiological curve in Figure 1 shows that these extraordinary intervention measures directly led to flat declines or stayed at low levels from February 17 to 20 (Hubei), which indicated the situation spread of the epidemic of basic be control. The epidemiological curve showed that such measures directly lead to a flat decline or stay at a low level. Figure 2 also presents a trend that peaks near a plateau and then declines on 17 Feb 2020.
