The effectiveness of 90% interstate mobility reduction rapidly decreases to a negligible level; Whereas the effectiveness of 25% transmissibility remains constant. Again, we emphasize here that the opportunity window of containing COVID-19 via aggressive traffic restriction has already been closed, and therefore the limited resources should be directed towards reducing COVID-19 transmissibility on individual and community level.
