General Pneumonia group: 119 patients with general pneumonia met the diagnostic criteria of pneumonia, but the Nucleic Acid Detection test of the pharyngeal swab was negative, and 32 patients with general pneumonia were excluded due to unwillingness to participate or other reasons can`t complete the study (including hearing impairment, speech impairment).
