On allergenicity analysis, all the three tools AlgPred, AllergenFP and AllerTop supported the non-allergenic nature of the vaccine construct while toxicity analysis revealed the non-toxic behavior of the construct ( Table 2 ). In summary, the constructed epitope was observed to be stable, soluble, antigenic, non-allergenic and nontoxic.
