Additionally, CPE development by Wb-12 was comparable to Therien in terms of the onset of cell detachment. However, the number of floaters detected at 3 dpi per well of a six-well plate was slightly reduced for Wb-12 ((2.25¨2.29) ¢ 10 5 floaters per mL, n = 3) as compared to Therien (9.28¨2.25) ¢ 10 5 . Under Therien infection, only a slight shift of p53 to the nucleus was detectable ( Figure 5A ), which is comparable to the infection by HPV77, but more profound after infection with Wb-12 ( Figure 8B) .
