The results showed that TNF-α and IL-6 levels in LPS cells decreased and AS promoting TNF-α and IL-6 levels in LPS tolerance cells were eliminated in ATG16L1 siRNA infected group relative to negative control (Figure 5a, S2a) . It suggests that ATG16L1 is associated with inflammatory cytokine release in LPS tolerance cells and AS's effects.
