Document: This descriptive cross-sectional study used a convenience sample of hospital nurses employed in a tertiary teaching, university-affiliated hospital in Seoul, Korea. The inclusion criteria were as follows: nurses with a minimum of one year of clinical experience in hospital settings. Nurses who did not participate in direct patient care were excluded. The number of subjects required for multiple linear regression analysis was calculated using the G*Power 3.1.9.2 program [23] . The sample size required for the multiple regression method was 292, with an effect size of 0.10, significance level of α = 0.05, power (1 − β) = 0.95, and 15 predictors. A self-report questionnaire was distributed to 350 nurses, considering the dropout rate of 20% [24] . Among the 332 questionnaires returned (response rate: 94.9%), 3 were excluded because the respondents had not included demographic characteristics (e.g., education level). Therefore, 329 questionnaires were analyzed.
