Mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) and standard deviation were displayed. In order to calculate the half maximum effective concentration (EC50) that protects cells from death caused by ZIKV infection, MFI values from ZIKV MR766 control were subtracted from every condition and then these values were normalized over the mock control. These data were plotted and Hill 4 parameter sigmoidal regression was performed on Sigma Plot v.12.0 (Systat Software Inc., San Jose, CA, USA).
