Analysis. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation (SD) of at least three independent experiments. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by Tukey's multiple comparison test, was used to compare three or more groups. Statistical analysis was performed using GraphPad Prism software, version 3.03 (GraphPad Software Inc., San Diego, CA, USA). Based on a comparison of these 1 H-and 13 C-NMR data with data previously reported [16] , compound was identified as (-)sesamin. (2) .
