The quality of DNA sequences was checked and overlapping fragments were assembled using the BioEdit package 7.0.5 [47] , and ContigExpress (InforMax, Inc.). After the alignment, the sequences were compared with the ones deposited in GenBank using the BLAST tool [48] and the molecular characterization was conducted with MEGA 5.0 software [49] . The homology analyses (evolutionary history) were inferred by using the Maximum Likelihood method based on the Kimura 2parameter model and calculated using pairwise deletion. Bootstrap was resampled as a test of phylogeny using 500 replications [50] .
