However, so far, toward a promising vaccine, the study of a recombinant adenovirus vector vaccine for PEDV is underdeveloped. erefore, the development of new PEDV vaccines based on recombinant adenovirus vectors is needed. To achieve this objective, in this study, a novel recombinant adenovirus expressing the PEDV S protein was generated, and its immunogenicity and protective efficacy were evaluated in 4-week-old pigs.
