Evaluation of the efficacy of a trivalent vaccine mixture against a triple challenge with Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, PCV2, and PRRSV and the efficacy comparison of the respective monovalent vaccines against a single challenge

Pigs from the Vac3FLEX/Ch3, VacPCV2/ChPCV2, and UnVac/ChPCV2 groups had significantly lower (P < 0.05) macroscopic lung lesion scores, microscopic mycoplasmal and interstitial lung lesion scores compared to the UnVac/ Ch3 group at 28 dpc. Pigs from the VacPCV2/ChPCV2 group had significantly lower (P < 0.05) microscopic interstitial lung lesion scores compared to the UnVac/ChPCV2 group at 28 dpc ( Table 2) .
