KEGG enrichment analysis showed that target genes were related to multiple pathways, including nucleotide excision repair, lysosome, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signaling, estrogen signaling, acute myeloid leukemia, central carbon metabolism in cancer, choline metabolism in cancer, fatty acid degradation, progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation, and renal cell carcinoma. The top 20 KEGG enrichment pathways are shown in Figure 4 .
